Sweden's Recipharm completes acquisition of majority stake in Nitin Lifesciences

Sweden based CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organisation), Recipharm, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nitin Lifesciences Ltd., an Indian sterile in-jectables CMO, currently owned by the Sobti family. Recipharm acquired 74% of the shares for about Rs. 671.3-crore on a cash and debt free basis.
