Mitsui Chemicals acquires stake in Taiwan-based firm

Japan's Mitsui Chemicals has acquired a stake in Taiwan's MSCT Corp, a subsidiary of electronic components trading company Sentronic International. The move will help Mitsui Chemicals to promote business development of the Group's metal resin integral moulding technology, 'Polymetac'. Sentronic has a 55% stake in MSCT and Mitsui holds the remaining 45%.
