Solvents rule steady; Styrene, EDC eases

The week under review saw a steady trend prevailing in most of the solvents, while a downward movement was seen in styrene, EDC and acetic acid. Toluene (Reliance) was unchanged and quoted at Rs. 78 (basic) in bulk, while packed material ruled at Rs. 82 (basic). BPCL material was quoted at Rs. 78.50 (basic) in bulk. Benzene (Reliance) was at Rs. 92 (basic), while BPCL's benzene ruled at Rs. 85.94 (basic) in bulk.
