OPaL's project cost shoots up over Rs. 27,000-crore

The cost of the OPaL petrochemical plant coming up at Dahej has shot up from the last revised Rs. 21,3%-crore to Rs. 27,122-crore, as per latest estimates. This has put a question mark over the viability of the project.
