Anti-dumping duty imposed on phenol imports from US, Chinese Taipei

The Finance Ministry has imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on phenol imports from the US and Chinese Taipei. This duty-effective from May 16 this year-will be valid for a period of five years, the revenue department said. The revenue department move follows the Designated Authority in the Commerce Ministry recommending in August this year the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of phenol from the US and Chinese Taipei.
