Crude oil & natural gas output below targets in November 2012; refinery throughput higher

Crude oil production across the industry during November 2012 stood at 3.106-mt, representing a 6.6% shortfall over the planned monthly target of 3.327-mt. Production during the month was 0.8% more than the figure of 3.083-mt in November last year. The cumulative production during April-November 2012 was 25.392-mt, well below the targeted production of 26.480-mt, and 0.5% lower than the 25.529-mt produced in the corresponding period of the last fiscal.
