Green chemistry is no longer a buzzword, but would soon become a survival imperative for the chemical and allied industries. This was the underlying message that leading industry experts gave to delegates attending a workshop on 'Green technology in the chemical industry' organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in Mumbai recently.
