Shell Global Solutions International has announced the signing of a licensing contract with petroChina International Company Ltd and PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Company Ltd(PSP),which are subsidiaries of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC),for the application of Shell's ethylene ox-ide/ethylene glycol(EO/EG)process in a new petrochemical plant near Chengdu,Sichuan Province.
