Qatar has invited Reliance Industries Ltd(RIL)and state-run Gail India for talks with Qatar Petrochemical Company(QAPCO)on setting up a US1.3-bn mega petrochemical plant in the gas-rich nation.Qatar Oil Minister,Mr.Abdullah bin Hamad al-Attiyah said that Gail had in July held preliminary discussions with QAPCO and would now discuss the project in more detail.
