In the 21st century,Corporate Social Responsibility(GSR)comprises sustenance of depleting environmental resources,emergence of effective workplace practices and narrowing the gulf between the rich and the poor.CSR is the tacit,but well-defined,paradigm shift that has taken place in the new millennium and it is expected to become more demarcating in time to come.Gone are the days when the equity of an organization used to be evaluated only on the efficacy and quality of their products.The definition of"quality"has also become much broader now,with excessive harping on the same word,i.e.'quality'.
