Bayer MaterialScience has signed an agreement for the supply of phenol and acetone in the Europe and Asia regions with the Spanish manufacturer of petrochemical raw materials Ertisa S.A.,a subsidiary of the CEPSA Group.Phenol and acetone are used to produce bisphenol A,a base product for the high-tech plastic'Makrolon'.
