ONGC & MRPL withdraw from Kakinada Refinery & SEZ projects

The Management of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) and its subsidiary Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL), have officially stated that they will be withdrawing from the projects of Kakinada Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (KRPL) and Kakinada Special Economic Zone (KSEZ). The projects included the setting up of a greenfield refinery and petrochemicals complex in the SEZ at Kakinada.
