The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry have welcomed the continuation of the Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) for the textile industry for the 11~(th) Five Year Plan.According to Mr.Habil Khorakiwala,President,FICCI,implementation of the modified TUFS scheme "is a big relief for Indian textile industry,which is reeling under the impact of the appreciating Rupee.
