Global production capacity for bio-diesel,a renewable fuel made from vegetable or animal fats and oils,and used as a substitute for fossil diesel in standard die-sel engines and for heating fuel,is on a rapid growth curve.Over the last year,the bio-diesel industry.has changed dramatically.For example,the average bio-diesel plant in Western Europe produced about 40,000-tons last year,while in 2006,the average capacity is expected to be 100,000-tons.Also,other regions are planning to have the same capacity within two years.
