Japan's Sumitomo Chemical and Saudi Aramco of Saudia Arabia have entered into a joint venture agreement to establish an integrated refining and petrochemical complex at Rabigh in Saudi Arabia.The joint venture,Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co.(Petro-Rabigh),will be equally held by both companies and involve an investment of 8.5-bn.
