The Indian pharmaceutical industry has the potential to reach USUS 48 billion by 2007,and enhance its role in the global market sphere,according to a study by the Confederation of Indian Industry(CII).The study titled "Global India Pharma Inc',states that India can stamp its authority by exporting domestically produced generics,and presenting itself as an offshoring location for R&D.
