Sasol reaches agreement to sell its Sasol servo business to Elementis

Sasol and UK-listed Elementis have reached agreement whereby Sasol will sell its shareholder interest in Sasol Servo to Elementis for Euro 48.5 mn in cash.Sasol Servo is a speciality chemical manufacturer based in the Netherlands,which was acquired by Sasol as part of the Condea acquisition in 2001.
