Hong Kong Oxygen (HKO),a joint venture (JV) between BOC and Air Liquide,has expanded its position in China by signing a contract to build an air separation unit (ASU0 and a liquefier to supply Zhujiang Iron & Steel Corporation's (ZIS),steel making operations in the Guangdong Province of China.
