Coromandel stake in GFCL rises to 55%;Murugappa may divest further

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd.(CFL) has increased its stake-holding in Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd.(GFCL) to 55.06%,by acquiring another 0.58 per cent,or 1,85,400 shares,through an open offer.The Murugappa group company now has 1,76,18,952 shares in GFCL,it informed the National Stock Exchange.
