Plastic industry targets UB1 bn export this fiscal

The Indian plastics industry has set a targetof crossing US1 bn in exports for the year 2003-04, the chairman of Plastics Export Promotion Council (Plexconcil), Mr. V. Ramakrishnan said in Kolkata. "We are on our way to achieve the target of US1 bn of export during the current year, against US900mn recorded in 2002-03", he added.
