Ferro has announced it is acquiring Cappelle Pigments (Menen, Belgium) and certain assets of Delta Performance Products (Covington, Georgia) for a total of approximately $60 million. The acquisitions will increase the size of Ferro's pigments, powders, and oxides (PPO) business approximately 30%, to about $315 million, while facilitating expanding into the specialty organic pigment market.
