BASF Appoints New North American VPs

BASF has made several appointments within its North American business units,all of which take effect on May 1.Cenan Ozmeral has been named group v.p./functional polymers.Ozmeral is currently group v.p./petro-chemical,plasticizers,and solvents,North America,a position that will be assumed by Peter L.Cella,who will join BASF from Ineos on April 17.
