Quaker Chemical Acquires Chinese JV Partner

Quaker Chemical says it has acquired a 40% equity interest in its Chinese joint venture partner.Terms were not disclosed.The jv was formed in 1995 to produce and market Quaker's products in China.The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings,Quaker says.
