摘要

Comparative estimation of corrosion resistance of structural materials for medical implants coated with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) layer in physiological solution was made. It was established, that within the comparable thickness range (2,5-3μm) DLC coatings produced by the electric arc methods differ from the a-C:H coatings produced by RF-glow discharge method by relatively greater protective effect under stationary conditions and under conditions of mechanical depassivation imitated the friction process at endo-prosthesis articulations.
