Here is an analysis of quite multiciphered different effects of the electromagnetic fields and cellar structures interaction. It was considered three relax spheres - α,β,γ. An attempt has been made, based on the most important experiments, to connect the length of the waves (of the quantum energy) with the possible biological effect. The bioeffects have a verge character in kilowatt-hour capacity: the verge of is in 50 microvatt/sm{sup}2 - 10 microvatt/sm{sup}2 range; the bioeffects can be observed in a narrow frequency range (they have "resonance" character), usually it can be observed several "resonance", the relative width of the highest point ("the peak") of biologically active frequency zone of does not exceed the percent figures (usually 100-200 megahertz); the data of such resonance is permanent and can be repeated under the same conditions of the experiment.
