摘要

The results of experimental researches of laws of propagation of films on the surface of the condensed alloys of copper are considered at various external influences. The optical parameters (n and k) for Cu-Sn alloys are determined to have the maximum in the range of 38 - 42% Sn. At cyclic temperature influences on Cu-Ni alloys the steady oxides NiO are formed ensuring reliable protection of an original material with the subsequent influences of the atmosphere. The explanation to the laws observed is offered. The questions of use of condensed films of copper alloys in products of electronic engineering are discussed.
