Verification of the effectiveness of the construction of the units of a main electrical network

Criteria for verifying the effectiveness and for making decisions when installing the units of a main electrical network are analysed. It is shown that, regardless of the forms of management or property, the verification of' the construction effectiveness should be based on a limited number of technical parameters or rated conditions, associated mainly with the indexation of the reliability of supplying the generating capacity to the load and with the elemination of condition limitations on power flows.
