Waste paint material recycling

摘要

Waste paint material coagulated with K-95 coagulation agent can be reused as a filling compound for new paint materials, asphalts, rubber compounds etc. Coagulation process, physical and chemical treatment of coagulated waste paint material and utilization perspectives are described. Elaborated technology of coagulation/separation/treatment/reuse process gives a chance to avoid the generation of troublesome painting wastes, difficult for handling and hazardous for disposal. It is possible to obtain instead a powdered by-product, which can be utilized as a filling material for many industrial applications.
