摘要

The technological aspects of manufacturing of new generation of ceramic composites -a functionally graded materials are considered. Is shown, as it is possible on the basis addition by the authors a percolation model of electrical conductivity ofresistive systems to predict with high reliability electrical and mechanical properties of ceramic composites. Also is shown, that the offered technique is perspective for applications with the purposes of optimization of technological modes of process of reception of ceramic composites with a demanded level of electrical and mechanical properties. The examples of influence of morphology of micro-structure on set of service properties of graded composites of conversion systems for transformation ofelectrical energy in thermal are indicated.
