Novel water-soluble acryl-based binders for molding of ceramic materials

摘要

This paper reports the results of preliminary study the synthesis and application of new water-dissolwed polymeric binders used for manufacturing the ceramic films from A1{sub}2O{sub}3 by casting. These binders allow to obtain the cast with largeamount of solid phase and reological properties that provide both good spreading of casting wass and casy separation of film from substrate. Good wettability of A1{sub}2O{sub}3 with synthesized emulsions enables to obtain the ceramic films with specifieddensity, elasticity and mechanical strength in raw state. By annealing these films, one can obtain flat specimens without cracks which have high density and mechanical strength as well as small roughness.
