摘要

A gas-dynamical technique has been developed and a plant for obtaining tin powder through spraying molten metal has been manufactured. The obtained powder (its grain dimensions should not exceed 100μm) is notable for the stability of its parameters, including the granulometric compositition. This is achieved through keeping the technological parameters at a stable level during the whole process of spraying molten metal. The technological parameters have been calculated and then refined on the basis of the results of experimental research into the process of spraying liquid metal. The invariability of the molten metal expenditure is provided with the aid of a special dosing appliance. The description of its design and operation scheme is presented as well as the powder parameters obtained.
