Fatigue strength analysis of the injector body

摘要

Technique is discussed of diesel engine injector analysis for fatigue strength factor with finite element method. The technique in question has been verified and supported with test results. It yields maximum allowable lad pressure level as a function of atomizer's geometry (as well as that of other injector parts) based on their fatigue behavior.
