The rough grinder main drive dynamics

摘要

The main drive dynamic characteristic influence aspects of the rough grinders on dynamic quality of the grinder in a whole are considered. Developed and tested on produced machinethe precise and appraised approaches to the determination of drive parameters satisfying to main criterion of dynamic quality of grinders - stability of cutting depth. Energetic necessity threshold for the main drive characteristic accounting at the dynamic systems analysis and optimization of rough grinders is found.
