Invariance of values and existence of efficiency rates for investment projects

Influence of the actual investment project cash flow distribution inside calculation steps on project efficiency rates is considered. Conditions of the relative project efficiency values invariance internal rate of return, factory profit/cost and profitability index to length change of the cash flow aggregation step are obtained.
