Prerequisites of lubricating function for multi-phased greases RAPS

摘要

Investigation results of lubricating mechanism of multiphase silicate oils RAPS are presented. It's stated that main difference of processes in friction contact zone lubricated with silicate oils consists in formation of secondary boundary layers on parts surfaces. These layers are comprised of different silicate structures (ferritic three-, di- and metasilicates) with improved tribotechnical properties.
