摘要

Effect of saturating gas mediums based on the ammonia and endogas mixture on tribotechnical properties of structural steels subjected to combined two-step low temperature chemical-heat treatment is investigated. It's shown that at this treatment wear-resistant carbonitride coatings 15-25 um thickness and 750-930HV microhardness depending on nitrogen content in saturating atmosphere are being formed. It's stated that for improving antifriction properties of forming nicotriding coatings it's appropriate to treat them at 650℃ temperature in overheated vaporized atmosphere of molibdate ammonia.
