摘要

For the first time in technological system "open press-die-blank" operation features of press tools with different shaft are presented. Reasons of reduced wear resistance of press tools are shown and rated relationships for optimal punch length and die height are obtained. These relationships provide coincidence of pressure centers for punch and die working faces and prevent their collision. Calculation methods take into consideration press tool design, mechanical properties of materials for its main components, shaft type and deformation characteristics of press.
