The industrial plants restructurization as an innovation development problem

Main problems arising at national plant under present economic conditions and guiding to necessity of its reforming and innovation development program realization are analyzed. The such program development methods are given. Questions of preliminary projecting inquiry for plant organization structures are comprehensively considered.
