Improvement of normative and technical basis for use of locking and sealing devices

摘要

The complex of methods and analysis of results of stand tests of locking and sealing devices are presented. The ways are determined of further development and improvement of these devices as well as of their equipment with electronic and information elements enabling to use them in future for control of goods and cars state in general information system of Russian railways.
