Pressure welding of pipes using activating fluxes

摘要

The paper analyzes the capabilities of the new technologies of induction butt welding of pipes of a small and medium diameter, welding of tee-joints of thin-walled pipes and joints of flanged pipes with the use of activators (braze-welding). A review of these service properties of welded joints and the results of laboratory and production trials of samples and pipes produced using the above technologies, implemented with induction heating, is given.
