摘要

Systems of automatic stabilisation of the process of consumable-electrode pulse-arc welding (CEPAW) have been developed blowing mean values of the arc voltage and welding current affected by disturbances to be stabilised. The feasibility of eliminating of porosity and lack of fusion in aluminium-magnesium alloys and stabilisation of geometric sizes of the welds has been achieved. Decrease m spattering and sputtering, as well as stabilisation of width of the welds in CEPAW of carbon steels, have been proved.
