摘要

Peculiarities of occurrence of reactions between certain components of the charge of flux- cored wire during plasma-MIG surfacing are considered. It is shown that the presence of halide compounds in the arc column favours stabilization of the process of self-adjustment of the consumable-electrode arc. Formation of boron tri-fluoride in the flux-cored wire core at a stage of heating at the extension improves the weld bead formation.
