A participation report in the 3rd international workshop on ITS telecommunications (ITST2002)

摘要

This paper reports the outline of The 3rd Workshop on ITS Telecommunications (ITST2002) held on Nov. 7th and 8th at Seoul Kyo Yuk MunHwa HoeKwan Hotel (Seoul, Korea). This international workshop focusing the telecommunications technologies for ITS is sponsored by Communications Research Laboratory, YRP R&D Promotion Committee, Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, and Korean Institute of Communication and Sciences. ITST2002 includes one keynote speech session, and 11 technical sessions to which 59 papers are totally contributed. Moreover, ITST2002 have introduced technical exhibitions by Japan and Korea companies and technical tour to the local telecommunications company, which has attracted a great deal of attentions.
