A voice control of a powered-wheelchair

摘要

In this paper, a powered-wheelchair is developed to be controlled by voice commands through PC. There are few powered-wheelchairs controlled by voice, but users, especially older persons and disabled people, may be anxious how the voice commands is processed and executed. For this powered-wheelchair a GUI interface is developed base on Java. Handicapped people and old people can use it simply.
