Rigid registration method using joint model for kinematics of joint

摘要

In this paper, we propose the rigid registration method for kinematics of joint. Conventional registration method has only one target, but generally a joint is composed of two or more bones, and we need to register all of them. We created a "Joint Model" which could hold various anatomical constraints using graph theory. We have found that the proposed method using the joint model achieved the stable registration for several bones in several phase images.
