If you were to interview a number of health experts, they would probably agree that the best way to lose weight and maintain that weight loss is not by dieting but by adopting a healthier lifestyle, according to the Medical Book of Health Hints and Tips. Forget the idea that if you diet for a few weeks or months, you'll see a new you, the publication said. You might, in fact, see a trimmer you, but will you see a better you? A healthier you? Will you see that trimmer you a year down the line? Not likely, unless you change your eating and health behaviors.
