Lower jaw head, artery and muscle segment and analysis from CT image

Head and neck is an important part of human body. Many organs are present in this area. They are compact to each others. Helical CT image is main component of our research. We segment different organs from head and neck and display them in 3D structure. We proposed an automated system that can segment lower jaw form skull. Our method can help find out particular organ form head and neck. We segment manually lower jaw, carotid artery and its branches; and four important muscles which are related to movement of mandible.
