Capabilities to realize the end-to-end QoS requirements in the multi service providers networks

摘要

Capabilities to manage the QoS are realized by the Element Management Layer. However, it is still difficult to meet the end-to-end QoS requirements on the Service Management Layer. This paper describes the end-to-end QoS requirements from the customer point of view, and how to handle the QoS parameters among multi Service Providers to satisfy the end-t-end QoS requirements of the customers.
