NATO ACCS - The NATO Air Command and Control System

The NATO Air Command and Control System (ACCS) will provide command and control for all offensive and defensive air operations undertaken by NATO countries in Europe. ThalesRaytheonSystems will construct nine NATO ACCS Level of Capability (LOC) 1 command and control sites in the coming decade. The NATO Air Command and Control System (ACCS) will provide command and control for all offensive and defensive air operations undertaken by NATO countries in Europe. The NATO ACCS consists of multiple systems (a "system of systems"). As such, the focus of this report is on the NATO ACCS as a whole rather than the individual systems that comprise it.
