摘要

In this study, absorption characteristics of an X-band transparent wave absorber for TE and TM polarizations is examined theoretically and experimentally. The transparent wave absorber consists of an internal structure of the glass and polycarbonate plates, which deposited on indium tin oxide. The wave absorber has been designed, fabricated and measured. As a result, it was confirmed that the transparent wave absorber has the reflection loss of more than 20dB under the incident angle ranging from 0 to 45 degrees at 10GHz for TE wave, and from 0 to 55 degrees at 10GHz for TM wave.
